The Line from Portugal was first established in the late sixties - it developed rapidly which led to the Line opening its own offices at all the main Portuguese ports in 1972 all of which are still serving the shipping sector some 35 years later.

The trade in Portugal has changed dramatically since the seventies along with the development and expansion of the Portuguese economy.

Regular Liner services are offered from the Ports of Leixoes, Viana, Aveiro and Figueira. The company also calls at the other Portuguese ports with full cargoes or by inducement of parcels in excess of 500 tons. A recent new service has been established between Figueria and Morocco. This will be expanded to include other loading ports in both Portugal and Spain. Please check our sailing schedule below on a regular basis.

Willie Portuguesa also handle specialist contracts and projects for awkward parcels in and out of Portugal and are very competitive for contracts into Portugal requiring an - all in - service through to the clients premises.
