The Charles Willie Technical team provide the expertise and back-up to maintain the efficient running of the companys owned fleet and the five managment vessels.

The Technical Department are responsible for all aspects of ship operation. From ISM compliance of all vessels through to arranging flights for crew members.

The Companys Safety Management System (SMS) for ISM has been developed totally in-house, which makes it easy for our trained auditors to ensure our vessels are fully compliant with all regulations.

Our Safety and Enviromental record speaks for its self, with only one recorded minor injury in the last 18 months.

The department oversees the employment of a multi-national crew compliment, including British, Polish and Russian nationals.

Vessel supply of spares and stores are co-ordinated totally in house ,reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
